Cant enter Inner Nayos

Hello I was just doing chapter 12 and while on loading screen to enter Inner Nayos for the first time my game crashed and now i cant reenter the map and replay the story so im kinda stuck there and idk what to do

If you have any Teleport To Friend items, you can party up with a friend, guild mate, or ask around in Lion's Arch and use that to port yourself to the map.

Abandoning the chapter 12 and redoing chapter 11 should also work, but you'd be stuck replaying that entire chapter.
