Please remove or fix skyscale mastery pop up

I just wasted a dozen hours trying to complete the skyscale mastery track so I could use it in tyria, as the pop ups endlessly tell me to. Only to realize the game straight up lies to you and you have to go through some achievement collection to obtain it.

Please either remove or edit the pop up to include obtaining the achievement also.

Now if I am suppose to obtain it after completing the track and this wasn't just a straight up lie, then this is also bugged because I did not get it after completing the track, like the game asked me to.
