How come i still have my old toolbelt skills as a mechanist?

Hello,

Ive only played mechanist in spvp, and since i liked it so much i decided to level one up. And when hitting 80 and messing around with skills i noticed that in open world and WvW i can use the mechanist toolbelt skills and my old at the same time? But of course its limited to 3 skills. Is this a bug or only disabled in spvp? For example if i put elixir S on button 7 and use the second mechanist toolbelt skill i can throw stealth elixir on myself.

oh no 😞 it would be so sweet if it was an actual feature, but a bit less clumsy to use. I guess i better not get used to it since its gonna get fixed i guess? 😶‍🌫️

We’ll see, it’s a funky one.  Seems to affect “new” engis starting around summer last year.  It can turn off for some reason (had 2 Engis stop working) but no clue what causes it to start or stop exactly.
