plz change sigil of demon slaying recipe drop rate

So just wonder if it was possible for the drop rate of this recipe to be lower on this thing I had 2 events drop 2 exotic recipe dropping for me as rewards at same time. I am starting to think they are little high on rate they are dropping just saying I am getting like a lot of these dropping instead of idk more useful stuff. i have the recipe from like ages ago I do not need it.

I've just learned to push it into my "sell this stuff as junk" section of inventory.  It's memeable how much that thing drops when each account only needs one of it.

Now watch me accidentally sell off useful recipes with the same icon when they fix the loot tables by adding in more options ...

I don't mind them too much since they can be vendored. The HoT and PoF recipes/recipe-books are annoying.

The books should say in red text if you learned everything from them already and they should all be vendor-able.

There are so many trash recipes that keep dropping that are account bound which still drop and ruins the loot table. At least this one is worth silver. The liquid karma is also a problem as are the bag of coins. It's like they are replacing raw drops from mobs and events into this consumable stuff as a stealth nerf to gold and karma boosters.
