Automatic research salvaging doesn't count toward Wizard's Vault

When the vault has a Salvage 50 items weekly, items that are automatically salvaged in the crafting UI do not count toward progress. Manual salvages from a research kit are counted. If this is intended then the more accurate description of the goal is "Use a salvage kit 50 times."

I haven't noticed but assume the same could be true of the Salvage 10 daily.
