Current Log-Ins ip address?

the Current Log-Ins in my security tab shows a different IP address then my own when i log into the game. 

Authorized Networks next to it shows my real ip address, Is this normal? i am not using any VPN so I'm confused. am i hacked or something?

Are you behind your own internal network with a NAT address?  How are you determining your own IP?  Current Log-Ins should be your public-facing IP which you can usually find easily by going to a website like this: https://www.whatismyip.com/

Authorized Networks shows a range and it could be showing your internal network IPs.
