[Resolved] One member of support keeps closing tickets without response - unsure what steps to take

Well, replacing an item is usually a (one-time) courtesy, and it seems you've already benefited from said courtesy.  You asked for your request to be escalated to a Senior Member; it was and he/she responded and, although you are unhappy with the outcome, settled the matter and, as policy dictates, will close all further tickets on the matter.  🤷‍♂️
