WvW gets them, PvP should too. There is no competition left so who cares about balance. Conquest might still be fun if stuff actually dies in teamfights.

Downstate shouldn't be deleted imo, it's an entiere part of the game, but rallybotting could use a little bit of a rework here actually (in spvp), like 3+ people rally botting from a dead budy is a bit meme.. We could restrain it to 1 rallybot maximum per death, or put some kind of debuff that would prevent other team rally botting during 1min or 30sec, idk, just a thought btw.
