Legendary Weapon achievement not progressed/progressing

I noticed some of my achievements are bugged, they are getting stuck in my nearly completed list and I like to go through it and check things off. This is going to become difficult due to these achievements not being completed. 

I recently crafted Howler, (yesterday) yet the achievement is stuck on 11/16

I have crafted Kudzu before and the achievement is stuck on 9/16

I have crafted Frostfang and the achievement is stuck on 7/16

The predator is stuck on 8/16

Bifrost stuck on 7/16

These I have crafted and sold, maybe this is the reason they have not completed retroactively?

The precursors are unlocked on my account for all of these collections, yet the collection shows I have not obtained the item. I have crafted Howler yesterday, yet Gift of Exploration, Glob of Ectoplasm, Gift of Magic and Gift of Might remain on my collection yet to be completed. I'm not sure how to progress them to have them gone if not by crafting Howler as per the description?

Right clicking the items and unlocking comes to mind, however this is not feasible as I'd have to complete 5 legendaries over again and most of the gen1 leggie prices are in the toilet. This would not be ideal.

My current problem is the dungeon related gifts not ticking acquired thanks to the Legendary Kits. Gift of the Nobleman and now Gift of Ascalon.

Legendary Weapon and Armor collections directly break the Nearly Completed feature.

I'm having an issue where it won't recognize the progressions as well. I recently acquired 250 Globs of Ectoplasm but the game won't update the legendary weapon progress,

right click and add to collection on a glob of ectoplasm

Simply equipping the weapon will unlock the entire achievement.
