Does Boon Duration round up?

I have a Boon with a base duration of 3 seconds.

Naturally, you would think that you need 33% Boon Duration to get to 4 seconds.

I found out however that 29.33% is already enough to have the game to display 4 seconds.

But im not sure about it. Does this actually get rounded up to 4 seconds or is it like 3.75s but displays only 4s.

Its a bit hard to tell by testing ingame. I dont trust the game with that.

So from my testing.

29.13% is 3.75s

29.20% is 4.00s

Which would mean that

3.8739 gets rounded down to 3.75.

3.876 gets rounded up to 4.

I don't think it does, since skill descriptions list very precise boon duration times (e.g., 19¾s).
