You should have received a near-immediate automated "We have received your ticket" reply, though. Daniyyel.3428 Posted November 18 Share Posted November 18 I had that happen once, they fixed it. Told me not to use a VPN. Which I wasn't, didn't even know what a VPN was at the time so had to read up on it to make sure I wasn't. Also my whole family plays so creating a new account for the youngest one set something off.
