Royal Grand Majesty.9852
With the upcoming release of the new Scepter weapon for Revenants, Barrier application will be introduced on all skills, including the AA. Now that Heal Herald can easily provide Barrier, which in-turn would lead to reduced Healing requirements. How comfortable are you guys with replacing Ventari as your secondary Legend with Jalis? I would not do it regardless because ventary also has stab, while having also bubble, heals and lot of boons
arazoth.7290
Dwarf is more for mitigation, while doing damage and some healing with hammers. For heal build stay centaur. Quickness dps boon Herald might benefit, but we have to see the numbers

Venturi is best self defense in WvW and PvP for pure healer/support, also has best group cleanse. This would be hard but can be done.
UncreativeGreen.2019
Unless scepter has amazing barrier values on it and a blast finisher, I may stay mace/shield staff. The relic of Karakosa is just too fun. constantly spamming blasts with mace 3 and staff 4 and then doing 3 energy expulsions while in ventari (running charged mists) every swap. With the healing it does, the healing on CC trait, healing on using Tablet skill, and the relic itself, its like spamming natural harmony values but also giving out stab and resistance. And keeping up with rotation you can maintain perma resistance and about a 90% uptime on 3+ stab (it falls off in the last 1.5s before going back into ventari, make sure yo use true nature when you swap to glint). Its way way over healing, but man I like seeing all those green numbers and seeing 3.2k pop up 3 times every mace 3 is satisfying. Edit: PVE viewpoint Edited November 19 by UncreativeGreen.2019

Edit: PVE viewpoint Yeah Karakosa really tempered my excitement for Scepter because it's suuuuch a fun relic to run with. It's hard to imagine giving up a triple blast finisher (especially with it having 2 charges in WvW). Scepter will probably be really strong support in PvE though since its conditionals are so easy to meet there.
Shao.7236
Jalis is like the main legend of core that is equivalent to say Herald is Glint, you don't really find much use having it with elites unless you're building to be tankier. With how they gave good Stability to Ventari I don't see why you'd want to ditch Ventari for Jalis. In fact they fall quite in the same way you'd use either skill to access it. Big majority of the time, IR is the first thing you use which goes the same way you'd use EE on a fresh swap. You're losing out on quite a lot of healing for effectively doubling your teammates HP every now and then. Edited November 20 by Shao.7236
