Graphics issue, black border tiles / overlapping graphics.

OK for a while now I've been seeing these black / white borders around certain textures.. I've tried looking for what this could be, but I don't really know how to describe it to troubleshoot it and look for a solution. So I'm hoping someone here has an idea or a solution. Sometimes certain textures also seem to overlap and glitch out over eachother. Can't record/upload it though.

I've streamed it to a couple of friends, but they don't have this issue, so I assume it's something AMD related?
