Transfering Legendary Skin to Ascended Weapon

Looking online to find out if a character could use two Aurene's Rending axes at the same time and found a very interesting post on simply adding Legendary Skin to Ascended Weapon.....never heard of this but if so, not sure how to use the skin on my Ascended Axe....

In case anyone else finds this thread and needs to know the answer: it's the same process as applying any other skin. When you add a legendary to the armory it also unlocks the skin in the wardrobe, then you can apply that skin to any other item of the same type.

(It adds the skin and all the effects as a single package, there's no way to get the skin without the footsteps, or just the draw animation or whatever - an item reskinned to look like a legendary will look identical to the real thing.)

You might find old guides which talk about different ways to do it (if it mentions transmutation crystals then it's very old) but those are out of date, the only way to change an item's skin now is using the wardrobe.
