[BUG/STUCK] Outpost: Teku Nuhock - Protect the newly hatched beetle larvae until they reach a stable population.

Some of the Larva that spawn do not count towards the progression of the "population" rending this event non-progressable.

I have found out 2 "semi-fixes" for this:

1. The easiest way: Wait until the Chak Gerent Spawns, this forces the event to Fail and if you're currently participating in the Larva Population event you will get progression towards "Friend of the Frogs"
2. The hard way: Get a group of friends to come participate in the event, forcing more chak to spawn, have the chak overwhelm the event to the point where ALL larva get killed, the moment they are all dead (Not just the bar empty, but ALL npc's DEAD) kill the chak and let the larva respawn, this (hopefully) will reset the event to the point it can be completed.

It would be nice if the devs could actually FIX this event though because it's seemingly has been bugged since HoT released.

Yeah i can't craft my legendary (Chuka and Champawat) because of this bug. Already wasted a ton of time and gold to get to this point and i have tried to do this event for days and no luck. Please Anet 😞

This is still the case.

It is complete rng if the "Protect the newly hatched beetle larvae until they reach a stable population" event gets stuck or not.
If you have bad rng, you have to wait 2hrs for the next Chak meta to reset the "Outpost: Teku Nuhoch" meta and hope for better rng.

Worse: even if you roll good rng and "Protect the newly hatched beetle larvae until they reach a stable population" is completable, you then have to pray to the Gods that you do not get stuck on the penultimate "Take the young beetles on their first chak patrol" event.
As the wiki says it "often seems to bug out, making the achievement impossible to complete." rendering all the effort put in to the preceding events pointless. This happens because chak required to be killed for the event can spawn on some inaccessible levels/underneath floors of the map.

Guess who just wasted an hour to encounter the 2nd bug you described. I had a third map where it wasn't bugged, but anet closed it. Finished the "take the young beetles on their first chak patrol" event with about 10 seconds left before the map closed. Good luck to any new players that want to kill potoni the massive.
