High level mounts and players make events for non-mount players in zones impossible

its been an issue for a while.

scaling needs to be addressed, high level players just hit too hard, and some events are just over too quickly.

they need to reduce the dmg high level players do, especially in the starting zones where a lot of bonus events occur.

I disagree with the last two.  Player skill really hasn't increased and you can tell by doing any type of instanced group content.  Even then, it doesn't take a great deal of skill to do open world events on a starter map.  Skill isn't going to make much of a difference although knowledge of the map's events and how to spawn them would.  Mounts is a no because raptor is available to all players that reach level 10 who have PoF and so many players I see main skyscale which is significantly slower.
