Choppy fps after patch

So with the new settings something has made my game run a lot choppier than usual, ive disabled all the new options but that has not fixed it, espacially noticed it on Shing Jea as it is a lot choppier than usual =/ Normally get 60-55 fps during fights in Shing Jea but now it drops down to 30 ish randomly, and not speaking meta here, just questing around alone.
