[Suggestions]QoL (Quality of Life) Ideas [Merged]

I would like to be able to enable / disable the different effects in legendary weapons.

There are 4 different effects that a legendary weapon changes from normal weapons :

* unsheath animation

* aura

*auto-attack / projectile animation and sound

* footprints

I would like to enable or disable these 4 effects separately.

For example:
The Bifrost, Quip and The Dreamer. I hate the sound and the animations of the auto attacks. However, I would like to keep the unsheath, aura and footprints.

I was replaying EoD story because kitten it why not and I love getting to use Aurene Mode on different characters (you guys still need to give me permanent Aurene mode, btw. I'm owed.). Anyway, as I was playing I noticed the dialog between Taimi and Joon pointing out my character's 'glow' after being treated by Joon's tech. It was the perfect opportunity for a /flex emote... you know... like we had in GW1. So... uh... yeah. Any chance we'll get that emote back? (and the other GW1 emotes while we're at it). Thanks a bunch.

Emblems of the Avenger are still a thing, they drop and they are still useless (for 17 months now)... Can you for the love of mankind finally do something about it? Why is it so hard to place a weekly vendor for WvW (like fractals, strikes, raids, PVE IN SEITUNG all have already?) to make use of useless items or to make the game mode at least a bit more profitable? Just a bit?

I know it's been discussed frequently on the forums.   But have them on my mind after cleaning up some junk in my bank...how about at the very least, make them sellable?  Or make a vendor to trade them for items?  How about a vendor where we can trade x amount for mystic clover, tier 6 mats, or the like?  I hate these taking up space yet I'm worried about tossing them, just in case.

●Watch tower cliffs in Lake Dorik. 

Way too many knockdowns, and there's a bug too.

The centaurs here already have knockdown as their signature skill, but the running centaurs are everywhere and also knockdown; sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row. 

 

Either tone it down on the running ones; meaning less amount less frequently,  or decrease the amount of centaurs which have knockdown skills.

 

Also, the bug is that, a centaur that has knockdown,  if you dodge or use a skill of the same effect, and the centaur fails to knock you down; it gains ultra speed, chases you and knocks you down.

 

Furthermore, there are white mantle lurking around that can also knock you down. 

 

As you can see, it's way too many knock downs... this area is obsessed with knocking you down.

Just slightly. 

Why are there white mantle amongst centaurs?

They are supposed to hate humans and vice-versa, regardless if they have been corrupted by bloodstone magic or not.

That should just intensity their hatred for eachother, not kissing and giving eachother spring jasmins. 

 

So please remove white mantle from the centaur camp and reduce the number of knockdowns.

The legendary armory came out 17 months ago... how difficult is it to place a weekly vendor or to make them sellable? cornerstone game mode (sic!) (tm) xD

Can be, but as far as I remember, they also said, that the main priority for the WvW-team is the world restructuring and changes to rewards etc. may follow later. So it can take a long time.

I hope the delay is because they're planning to do something more with them than just give them a vendor value, and don't want players selling them all and then wishing we could get them back once the new system comes in. But even if that's the case it could be a long time before that happens, especially if it needs to be part of the WvW reward re-work that's coming sometime after the restructure.

 if the restructure takes long enough they could advertise it as a feature for the next expansion😉

Although not what you're looking for, pressing Ctrl key will show where your cursor is if it is set in Windows. Or alternatively, use apps such as BlishHuD where you can set and adjust the image to highlight your cursor.

Yeah i am new to forums so maybe stuff i am posting has been discussed before. 

Anyway. 

I love pve so all those little interesting items you can buy form merchants like rocks, pet whistles, bombs, etc that can be fun and useful for fights. So the QOL idea is a like a slot belt where we can slot in items or like a quick select wheel just something we can use to access these items a little smoother and faster than opening invetory.Even if it was just like a dedicated inventory window that i could hotkey just for those items i put into it i could at least dedicate it a spot in my ui and open and close it as needed. I hope this makes sense if not i can further explain.
