Returning Player: Expansion Bought but my account has not upgraded.

Hey Everyone,

I have not played in over 7 years and decided to start playing again, seeing as there is so much to explore I was exited to buy the expansion and did just that. I do not have any of the items, gems or expansions even after a deduction on my bank statement. 

I was curious to see if there is something I'm missing. I logged out and back in by closing the client completely.

Which expansion(s) did you purchase?  Did you purchase in-game or through the site?  If through the site, did you receive an email with your Serial Key?  If not, you may have to contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below.
