On my account PoF and HoT set status ACTIVE but don't work in GAME!!

I bought Path of Fire and Hart of thorns few days ago.And on my arena net account they are set as ACTIVE but in game they didn't activate.I still got that notification for upgrade to FULL Game.Other options as well are lock to me.I w8ted a 5 days to see anything would change but no.Any one got a idea what do to next?I was thinking to refund the DLC's or to contact support management.

Whether requesting a refund or seeking assistance (unless it's a Steam account), you need to contact the CS Team.  You can do so via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' or send an email to 'support@arena.net'.

The initial Story Mission, https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Prologue:_Rally_to_Maguuma is not unlocked in your Story Journal?

You aren't playing from Steam, are you?

Ty all for help.After some exploration of the topic and game itself i got the solution.I was playing via Steam account and everything was just great.I bought digital code for DLC's via third party store.But there is the catch my friends.If you play from Steam-you have to buy DLC's from Steam store but some time it won't work with your arena net account.Then i download game launcher from the site, install it and it works.But (there is always but) you will start from the beginning.You log in with your arena net account but there is no character you previously created.So it's grind time again.

Support has an article about playing from Steam.  Also, you'll always want to hit the "Sign in with Steam" button when you go to https://account.arena.net/login  I suspect you created a regular account on the accounts page and applied the code you received to it.  IDK how you'll get that refunded.
