Opportunist does the same thing as Merciless Hammer but has a cooldown. Why?

Merciless Hammer gives 7 adrenaline when you disable a foe. Opportunist gives 5 adrenaline when disabling a foe and 3 seconds of Fury. Fury is a very common boon applied by everyone including Warrior. Merciless Hammer can cause Stomp, Banner of Strength, and Fear Me to fill the adrenaline bar to full, yet Opportunist giving Fury somehow needs it to be toned down?

Either Opportunist needs to have no cooldown to allow the Arms specialisation to have the same benefits as Defence, or it should be reworked to something else

Part of that is because the opportunist and leg specialist combo. Back in the day there was no CD on either of them and you could chain the effects with some AA chains. Rather than giving ONE of those traits a CD to negate this, they put CDs on both traits.

Strictly speaking, Opportunist does not nor has ever needed a CD added to it.

Its one of those things that they nerfed and forgot about probably.

That being said, im adding that on the list of things that need to be changed. Thanks for pointing it out Lan.

That was also during the time where target caps weren't a thing yet.

Why, yes, I did use Hammer Shock to immobilize the front half of a zerg during those days. No, I swear I am not the reason behind the nerf.

So its you for the core traits and Azure for the crippling power berserker nerfs.

Almost making me assume its the fault of you two for all of warriors woes.

Also, based and hammer-pilled.

Man, the stunbreaks and stability were far less frequent too.

I would Bulls Charge into Tremor for that sweet double hit at point blank range, and then use Kill Shot in their faces. Guaranteed kill.

Dagger Storm on Thief also didn't have an evade then. Thieves got cheeky and tried to take out zergs with it (again, no target caps). People were scared, I even watched half my zerg eat it and die... One tried to use it on me 1v1, and then I realized that the sword AA chain out dps'd their elite and I proceeded to enjoy the free thief kills whenever they used their elite. In their defense it did need to have an evade added to it.
