The rematching takes place the night of the July 24. If you have your WvW Guild selected/pending it will happen automatically on 26 July. You'll be with your selected guild's team assignment that ANET makes at WvW reset. PS: This assumes ANET doesn't put you on the wrong team. "When" that happens submit a support ticket.
