There are a lot of great 'goldfarming' guides out there already. This series isn't about farming, as much as it is about finding the best way to earn gold while staying within whatever gameplay you find fun. Most ways of playing the game gives a bunch of different currencies, materials, gear and so on. I want to create a resource that helps players convert that into enough gold to, at the very least, be able to afford some quality-of-life upgrades from the gemstore with their gold. The first video here is on my general philosophy and approach, with a bunch of small tips and tricks included. As I finish them, a long series of videos on every reasonably profitable way to play GW2 will follow. The first videos will be on Meta-events, Strikes, PvP, WvW and Spirit shard conversions. Afterwards, I'll see what people find most interesting and use that as a guide for future videos.

This next video is on the pros and cons of Meta-events, as well as thorough walkthroughs of 4 different events, their gains and how to convert their currencies. The events being Breaking The Crystal Dragon (Dragonfall), Defense of Amnytas, Defense of Tarir and Specimen Chamber Pre-event. I've attempted to pick high-performing metas, while also spreading them out across expansions, so as many people as possible might find a meta to do, no matter which expansions they have unlocked.

This third video is on spirit shard conversion. This currency constantly stacks up as you play through the game, and converting it into gold is rather quick, if you pick up the trick. The major downside is, that you will need some gold already to get it done. 
This is also the last video I made before publishing the series on YouTube, so it will be a little while before the next one releases. It is being worked on already though, as I attempt to find the best ways of converting PvP currencies into profit.

The fourth video is on Strike Missions. This is where you will need a bit of player skill, which is why the guide includes a part on how to gear up, for the newer players. Then we go into the strike rotations of Icebrood Saga, End of Dragons and Secrets of The Obscure and how to convert their currencies, before ending out on an introduction to the challenge mode of Cosmic Observatory - Because it is easier than you think.

The fifth video is on the daily treasure mushroom farm. Low effort, okay rewards - but with the chance for the super expensive Invisible boot skin drop.
