Star-Crossed Lovers achivement

During step 12 of the achivement "Earn Distant Thunder's trust by completing events in Harvest Den" there is no progress or any indication of the achivement counting the events done. So far I have completed 5 events in the Kodan Village and the NPC is not reacting nor is it possible to talk to them.

Update: After restarting the game Distant Thunder NPC is just gone.
Update 2: After completing the heart and relogging today I got the achivement progress. Thanks, Nazarim.

for me the NPC just went back inside the house & won't come out anymore. I've done more than 10 events in that area so far

Edit: Did the heart quest again after reset, then it worked. 🙂

It's a bundle item found in Frostgorge Sound.

Winter Sky is at  Blue Ice Shining Waypoint [&BIUCAAA=], Do the event there too : )

I collected the 5 flowers, but no progress. Also the NPC "Winter Sky" didnt appear in FGS.

Same here.  NPC does not appear for me.  😞
