kash.9213 Posted August 30 Share Posted August 30 I guess they would have to find a reliable way to determine if it's offensive or friendly when it hits if both are in that spot or maybe it would just be both at the same time. I don't know about game coding, but also determining who it's actually hitting might be dicey. I'm used to grabbing targets in Default and Action Camera and watching the rollover between character profiles under my curser can be deceptive about who would actually be targeted (even though I'm used to watching the character outline scale up or down on mouse rollover) if I clicked to target at any moment. It would still feel more reliable to me to grab a target with my mouse curser but... ... there are issues around structures or object like in or outside of hallways where a ground targeted skill would not only be easier for a lot of people, but maybe the only option at that time to land anything. I'm mixed and would probably want to stick with how it is now but that's a good idea to think about. One problem for people might be that it would be considerably different from other Steal modes.
