Doombringer BG.3740 Posted August 31 Share Posted August 31 (edited) When trying to purchase Janthir Wilds expansion I get the error code "100427", which wasn't listed in the provided list. From the little I found, I tried the following to no avail: 1. Disabling add-ons and clearing cookies. 2. I tried purchasing it in game, same exact error. 3. I tried doing it from my phone instead of my PC. 4. I figured I'd try using PayPal, but since I hadn't logged in it in a very long time and I had enabled two factor authentication, and the phone number was outdated, I couldn't login there either (the "forgotten cell phone number" help link redirects to the "forgotten email" article....). 5. I tried to sign-in here in order to get to the Support page, but any "Sing-in" buttons/links just redirect back to the main help page (the actual link) - perhaps a troll dev. Not sure what to do now. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ EDIT: Because I was logged with my Anet account here, writing manually the link below seems to cheese-force auto-login at the support page (don't disable this feature, please), which usually happens when you click the Sign-In button. Doombringer BG.3740 Posted September 5 Author Share Posted September 5 (edited) Update: After talking to support, it turns out my bank was auto-blocking the payment for some reason, even though I had made purchases in GW2 before, and I needed to contact them. I waited a few days, since I didn't have time to deal with them due to work and I figured I'd try to buy it one more time, somehow the payment went through all of a sudden (without me having spoken to my bank).
