Elegy armor

I completed the collection to obtain the elegy armor and armor recipe a long while ago, and I'd chosen the light elegy armor. On a different character, I'm attempting to craft the elegy chestguard, but I don't have the recipe for it unlocked. Is there a way to reobtain the recipe book? My crafting level for Leatherworker is 404.

the recipe should only come from the box with the first set.
do check if you do not have an elegy recipes.
been years so i don't remember if the recipe was consumed automatically, otherwise check if it is maybe still somewhere on your account (gw2efficiency and other API tools help a lot there).
if you do not have any recipe unlocked or the recipe sheet on your account, you probably need to write a ticket if you do want that.
