Bug with the Synthesizer in the guild hall

Mining materials from the Synthesizer in the guild hall does not work properly.
I have made a video about this bug you can see that the last Synthesizer does not release any material, although an animation is displayed.

Are you only harvesting in this hall, or are there others too and which synthesizer levels do they have? Because this way it's hard to say if, it's just a bug that you can use the nodes at all  or, if they should give you loot?

The problem does not occur every day. 
The synthezisers worked again today.
But it was also the case in the past that they worked for a few days and then not again.

I've had this occur a few times now, and for me it's always occurred when going directly to the guild hall after auto-gathering my homestead.

From what I can tell, there's rate limiting on gathering on your account getting triggered by homestead boxes. (so if you go to the guild hall soon afterwards, some will fail to gather)

I am gathering daily, on two accounts, in the following order and directly after one another:

• The Hidden Garden
• 2 Guild Halls (personal guild and community guild)
• My Homestead (which has the garden plots as well as all available nodes)

...and I have not run into the above issue, ever. 🤷‍♀️
