Need better squad system with full history

Especially for raid size squads. I'm tired of people ninja quiting. We need a history of people joined and left the squad with clickable names. There were lots of people I wanted to block but couldn't because they just left without a trace.
Or I will have to block everyone in every squad and unblock them if everything goes fine.

Lack of history of the squad encourages people to grief all the time. LFG system is already terrible enough to make raiding unfun as possible. At least give us better squad controls and history so we can track everyone.

if you block everyone how are you going to comunicate with them during the run?

print screen and paint save it or just take a picture with your phone should be enough before you start aye?

Yeah, if I block everyone I can't communicate with them that's why it's the last resort. Print screen would've been the workaround but I would need their account names to block them with /block command. And I don't know how can I print screen everyone's account names at once.

They could add a message which says who left the squad. We already have this on party system. It displays who left and you can actually click on their names. They just decided to not include this for squads. 50 man squads would be chaotic with it, I know, but 10 man raid size squads would be fine.

I would even pay for that feature if they sell it on gemstore lol.

You can block anyone thru their Character names as well.
This also applies in the reverse situation where you are joining a Squad.
You can join a Character you KNOW that isnt online (like a friend changing toons), and just hop into their squad, as long as they have a Tag up, becuz the game will register the Chracter > Account name for you.

The truly toxic players tend to yap demeaning stuff into the chat and allow you a convenient way to block, and the ones who silently left may not even be toxic.
Sometimes, they get a bad start/run, and they just left in self rage/shame rather than spewing it into chat, which while is kinda yikes, is still better than screaming.
The other thing is, ppl NEED to be able to track teammate buids better.
If a sub had a ninja dip out, and theres a Tempest/Virt/Soulbeast/Druid, we can infer that the person who left is very likely a Qdps, since there are 2 dps classes and 1 Alacrity spec that is frequently a healer.

With all of that said, the fact that the system doesnt help track Squad member functions is really outdated for an MMO, and ofc the LFG being clunky, letting ppl you blocked join your squad, among other things, is bad.
Honestly, what we really need shouldn't be history, but rather a better Squad UI that just helps track members.
