Due to this weather event and subsequent power outage, some of our support services have been impacted. If your purchase indicated that your transaction is in review, the processing of those transactions will be delayed. As soon as power is restored, our team will process those transactions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Update Thursday, November 21:

The ArenaNet studio and many of our employees are still without power. We have resumed work today as much as we're able within the current situation, but until utilities are restored at the studio and we regain access to the building's Internet infrastructure, some of our services will continue to be impacted. 

We all appreciate the support and understanding you've expressed over the past few days as we navigate this--thank you all for your kind words and your patience! We'll continue updating you as we're able.

Update Thursday, November 21:

The extensive impact of Tuesday's storm means that the power outages in the area are lasting longer than we anticipated. Because of this development, we have chosen to void all transactions still in review and return the funds to those of you who were waiting for a purchase to be processed. This will not impact your account status and you can make your purchase again as soon as you like. If you encounter issues, please reach out to our Customer Support team.

Friday November 22 update:

Power has been restored at the ArenaNet studio, and we are in the process of getting all affected systems back up and running. We're not yet fully back to normal operations, but things are progressing quickly!
