Alpine borderland building glitch

At first I thought it was just me glitching out, but this particular building in WvW seems to have forgotten how to behave like real buildings do (You can't break line of sight behind it either). You can walk through it as if it doesn't exist at all in both Alpine borderlands in Seafarer's Rest and Vabbi maps.
