just had the most off the wall loss i have ever had in over 4k matches 491-502 . not sure if i should laugh or cry you be the judge . i forget the name of the map but its the one with the bell we got every bell, constantly killing them and had caps longer or so i thought. we had a thief that was stealthing us on point every time her cool down was up. i did not notice what went wrong tell it was to late.i had forgot if your in stealth you can not finish the cap. has we all know that costs time and it just so happens that time added up lol. i feel stupid for not catching it on time because i have experience with stealth because of trapper runes in fact i stopped using them for that very reason. i have to ask have any of you had a loss because of this? i sort of really hope i am not the only one this has happened too

You havent truly lost a match unless you've lost one when both teams reach 500 points on the exact same tick.

lol. you may cap nodes longer but half the time you're in stealth, so when enemies come up, nodes are probably still contested instead of being fully cap to gain you extra points.honestly i never care for bells on that map. just focus on capping like normal but most people care too much about it, so i have to go with the flow too.it's not the thief to blame if none of you realized that stealth on point is a no no. plus, if yall die less, you could have won that match too. but some lessons are a bit steep on the price.

if u showed that thiefs name on the forum even with outright video evidence or even multiple sourches u'd get fucking your thread deleted.

This can't happen anymore. After time runs out, we go into sudden death overtime. First team to get ahead automatically wins.

to the OP's point: yes, I play as thief and it happened also to me to have some other thief that used the stealth when we were on the cap. I dodged away and re-entered into the cap point, so that I didn't get the full stealth (I don't remember if we lost or won, cause I don't care that much.)I said to the thief to don't use it in future, but it can happen if you don't know it. I also used it once, when I didn't know it, cause I thought it was a good idea. I don't blame the thief if he/she was on his/her first run. You can dodge the stealth though, if you see that it stops the capture progress.I think that Anet did well to avoid the progression while in stealth.
