To my opinion they are too low, with nearly having all my collections completed without any weapon drops...Since you get a Chest of the First Spear, which gives you a choice of these weapons needed for elite spec collections, for completing the Tip of the Spear Collection of all rare elonian weapons, which is a very cheap collection (5g) to do, I call Quaggan on this. But its a long chain event that needs coordination. And as for the collection, its not repeatable. So that will only be 1 of the 9 specialization collections.
