Can anyone tell me why it doesn't have shocking aura? Other shouts do give auras and I was thinking about how frequently you see/use that skill. To me it's pretty useless without any additional effect, it doesn't even deal damage! It's just a speed buff with a stun break. I can see sense in Wash the Pain Away since it has some pretty good AoE healing burst, no aura then, but this air spell? Would it be OPie OPie if it had some additional effects? crosknight.3041 Posted December 27, 2017 Share Posted December 27, 2017 I find it particularly useful in the soulless horror raid fight, speed boost is great for avoiding the instadeath walls. Though pretty much it's very situational for the group stub break. The fact that it effects 5 people makes it pretty powerful, though it's situationalness makes the trait that has it more useful Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Otherwise it cannot interact with your aura traits or with the shout trait (only partially) in tempest tree since it doesn't hit enemies -> can't apply weakness. You break stun for 5 people and you give them superspeed, which is already very useful in team or large-scale fights. If you also gave them Shock Aura, it would be too much. This particular aura is just considerably more powerful, so you don't want to give such an easy aoe spam for it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
