Every time ANet changes the BL chest or adds a new one-ticket skin to the specialist, they remove some options and add a few others. Danikat.8537 Posted January 10, 2018 Share Posted January 10, 2018 Tempest weapons haven't been available for ages unfortunately.I keep hoping they'll come back because I really want the torch but there's usually only 1 or 2 on the TP (or none) and they cost far more than I can afford.
