Scourge Abrasive Grit not functioning

The Scourge trait Abrasive Grit does not function when applying barrier to a person who has any barrier on them already. If the target has no Barrier at all, the trait will remove a condition and grant 2 stacks of Might. However, if they do have some Barrier before the new application, the trait does nothing; no conditions removed, and no Might stacks granted.

This happens with both the Necromancer and allies.
