Omnicron.2467 Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 Hi!I am thinking of making another character, was thinking an ele or a necroI could see the QTFY benchmarks no longer list Tempest, but I did find a build on the site for Tempest and the DPS for Arcane Tempest is around 37k?I was interested in playing Tempest rather than Weaver, since I like the overloads, and it seems Weaver is less flexible in the sense that if you want to get to your healing skills you have to attune twice, with Weaver I can just swap to water and back. steki.1478 Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 Everything is viable (if people can kill raids with masterwork gear, you can raid on 30k dps class instead of 35k dps class), it's just that weaver performs much better than tempest when it comes to dps, which is your main role in raids.
