Fps drops after driver update

Ever since i updated my nvidia driver, after 20mins of gameplay im starting to have heavy fps drops and i have to restart the client every 20mins cus of that.

1: Do you use any third party apps? there are some known issues with some of them and for good testing it is always good practice to test without them first.2: If that doesnt resolve things, I would recommend rolling back to an old driver. You can do this as follows

• uninstall the current driver, check in devicemanagement it is the defeault windows driver now.
• http://www.nvidia.com/drivers/beta go here and choose your model series and set the OS properly and the drivertype to all.
• Pick the driver that has a date that you know that worked properly
• download and install.
