[Suggestions] Shield-backpack / hide stowed weapons / outfit headgear

Allow shields to be equipped as backpacks if a shield isn't currently equipped on a character. When equipped there they would act as backpacks and can't be drawn. I like many of the shield designs over backpack skins.

Put a "hide stowed weapon" check box on each weapon slot in the hero panel. This would help prevent clipping on a character by character / item by item basis.

Put a "hide headgear" check box on outfits in the hero panel to allow the armor headgear skin to show up instead if visible.
