Build 86338 - Game Hud Frozen

Currently as of the last 3 patches these past few days, has random times where the game main hud becomes frozen.

When this frozen effect is active when logging in, the follow occurrences may happen:

• Cannot choose your character in main menu.
• Cannot actively use abilities and skills when in-game.
• Cannot move the camera.
• Cannot access in-game menus such as: Inventory, mail, guild, contacts, etc.
• Cannot move character in-game.
• Frozen hud effect may occur during game play (Only pvp tested).

These occurrences are frequent, but not constant.

On my own system, the occurrence happens 1 out of every 4 log-in attempts; so a 25% chance.

Currently I cannot tell what this cause is, but only started happening when the 1st patch (Probably Wednesday 7th) of the 3 patches this week were released.

Just want to let people know, that his freezing problem was fixed in the lasted patch on 2/16/2018.
