[PvE] Proposed changes to differentiate condi engi and power holo.

I am one of those guys that does not like the current state of condition engineer and wishes for it to be back into a relevant state but without hurting current power holosmith builds and here are my ideas to make it happen with some skill/trait changes,

Traits

  • Merge Aim-assisted rocket and Orbital Command together into a new GM trait called Pocket Armageddon that functions like this: if the enemy is above 50% health, you shoot rockets at it, if it's below 50% health, you instead proc the orbital commands, 15 second CD on procs.
  • Pinpoint Distribution goes into the slot previously occupied by Aim-assisted rocket. It remains the same in effect.
  • Blasting Zone now gives half of its bonus as power and half of it as condition damage. Glass cannon remains the same as pure power bonus.
  • Thermal Vision's 5% DPS increase applies to condition damage too.

Skills

After the confusion nerf both pistol and bomb 3 are straight up DPS losses so I'd like to see them reworked,

  • Concussion bomb becomes Gunk bomb leaving a field behind that acts as Throw Gunk bomb inflicting random condis per pulse.
  • Static shot exchanges places with Blowtorch so main hand pistol becomes the DPS option and off-hand pistol becomes the utility option.

I think some of the direct damage and condition damage traits could be merged without much fuss so that we can open up some more design space in traits. I mean if the goal is for Power and Condition ratios to remain balanced with eachother there's no pressing need to make a power-type trait and a condition-type trait. Basically we should get more traits like Thermal vision for our straightforward dps needs and just swap out the rest for more interesting traits.

I'd like that too, to have things like thermal vision on more tiers of explosives, firearms and tools but these suggestions do address the fact current traits for condi and power compete between each other too much killing diversity while at it.

10/10 on Pocket Armageddon though
