Superior Sigil of accuracy or intelligence ?

Recommended Posts

Yes I am a newbie and I need your advices friends. I love to play PvE. At the moment I applied superior sigil of force and accuracy to my longbow. With my long bow my crit chance is %58.61 with great sword it is %51.61 since it doesnt have a superior sigil of force. I have decided on one sigil I wnat to apply to my greatsword and it is superior sigil of strength but I cannot decide for the second. Should realy on the first three crit hit for the might gain or %7 plus overall crit chance ? I am open to any criticism. Show da wey please :) Thank you in advance.

Since you already have a good crit chance and are likely to get those three hits to crit anyway (or at least some of them), the benefit from a Sigil of Intelligence is rather miniscule overall for you. That sigil is best on low-crit rate builds.

So, between Accuracy and Intelligence, I would say go Accuracy with your build.

Sigil of intelligence is useful for cases where you want to guarantee a crit from a hard hitting skill that might have a longer cooldown. For example a warrior might have it on a axe so they can swap to it then use Eviscerate. It is per hit though so not very useful for multi-hit skills

And the only skill on Greatsword you want to crit is Maul, which has a short cooldown anyway.

This is what I needed to know, but just to be clear, are you 100% sure its per tick and not per ability use? So warrior axe 5 for instance the first 3 ticks of damge only not the entire 1 ability use??????? Im seing it recommened in holosmith roamer builds which makes no sense to me if this is really how it works.

I would have to double check but I am pretty sure that is the case. I haven't used this in a while. Mostly because I have enough crit chance that it doesn't make sense to use it anymore.

Im pretty sure you are right I assumed it worked that way as well until I saw a metabattle build for holo recommending it which got me thinking becuase it would proc when you use photon which is then 5,4,3. 5 is already 100% crit so if it works like we think it does then its only being used for the first 2 ticks of photon 4. It would make more sense in that build for the photon 543 to be covered by it to waste a sigil slot on it IMO.
