The Swaggering Hat was listed as "available for 7 days only!" So of course I bought it. Love the hat. but 2 days after I bought it for 400 gems it goes on sale for 280? Sneaky. Guess I should have waited but I did want the hat.

Put in a support ticket. There's a decent chance that ANet will be able to grant a gracious request for a discount under the circumstances.

Hi, I am really interested in this item, and depends on having it if i make one asura or one human. Anyone know, or have any prediciton, when it goes into store again?

It was just in the store a week or two ago. I'm one of those who regretted not buying it earlier and finally got it!

ANet doesn't publish things before they go on sale. You'll just have to keep checking.
