Violet Skye.4725
Hi, since the beginning of the Beta launch, my boyfriend has put in $2,800 into the game. He bought the ultimate edition 12+ times now since the beginning of launch and still it claimed that his account was banned. I'd like to know if it's possible he can get his money back for having spent so much money and still he can't get in. He did nothing wrong, he just kept buying the game and setting it up for his email address and it would not go through, no matter how many times he bought the game. He'd like his money back, please. I will send you his email address if the game company is able to return the money.
Inculpatus cedo.9234
Your friend would need to contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' for assistance. (The Team can not discuss the account with anyone but the actual owner.) There is a 30-day window for refunds. If he has already discussed the issue, then there is little more to be done.Good luck. Ayrilana.1396
According to the terms of service he agreed to, the answer is no. However, he can put in a support ticket explaining his situation and perhaps Anet will revert the ban if they agree with his explanation compared to what they saw on their end.
