gulrok.1826 Posted March 18, 2018 Share Posted March 18, 2018 basically my laptop broke and i culdnt unlink winauth....and i saved the secret code on the laptop itself now i dnt have access to any of them .i alredy contacted support from arena net (submit a ticket)...now how can i disable the winauth? They'll be the ones to let you know what information they'll need to verify your account.
