SMS Authentification 2 hours and no Code

Hi,some Guildmembers do not recieve the SMS Authentification Code, after some trys and 2 hours still nothing its not just 1 member its like 3 or 4 all from diffrent locations.

Can Anet pls check that ?

Thank you for answer but after 3 1/2 hours they got the SMS just in time for the Raid full clear :)
