Probably because it takes too long. There are many elements to fiction and mentioning parts is usually fine. Unfortunately, most of us also missed the ArenaNet Forum Chat on the Bug in the System https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/categories/march-2018%3A-lws4-episode-2 . Rather than assuming constraints or disinterest I'll just ask:What do you want to discuss about character, theme, plot, point of view, setting, conflict, or tone?And were that thread to reopen what would you ask the devs about the episode? I'm wondering which, if any, of these NPCs will become recurring characters as opposed to characters that might get name-dropped later at most.
