Iconic.8731
Hello,As the title suggests I have recently upgraded from a 2015 Macbook Air to a 2017 Macbook Pro. Both are running High Sierra 13.3.After installing GW2 on both, the Air actually runs the game much smoother. Most settings are on low and they both get very hot, but the game overall runs at a higher FPS and has less graphics issues on the Air.The Macbook Pro has an issue with flashing tree textures, has to be reduced to half-native resolution otherwise FPS drops to sub 10, and the game looks extremely blurry. Why should an inferior model Mac be running the game better? Iconic.8731
That doesn't explain why the 2 year older Macbook Air runs better on the same OS version
Maze.3825
I'm not sure but I'd think more in terms with specific hardwares and not dates. Maybe it's as simple as a large resolution difference that requires more power? Or maybe a new OS version. Hmm.
