fix jumppads and remove skyhammer from map pool while broken

For multiple months the jumppads keep fucking me over by not working correctly. I jump down on B and can't get up for 15 seconds cause it bugs twice -> whole team dies without support. Jumppads bug on sides? Insta death to +1 cause failed disengage attempt. This shit screwed me over so many times.
