[Suggestion] Add bookshelf to home instance

Guild Wars 2 has quite a few books, usually earned through collections such as https://wiki.guildwars2.com/index.php?title=Apprentice_Kasandra%27s_Diary.However they take up inventory space and users may delete them without reading them and never get to read them again as the collection was complete.By adding a bookshelf to the home instance, users can return to their home instance to read books they have collected throughout Tyria.

This can be done multiple ways, a new "Books" interface, or through Dialogs using the traditional "Next" and "Previous" for navigation.While books can technically be read off the wiki, it isn't the intended way from what I see.
